The ISRP processes as data controller the personal data concerning you collected through this Site (hereinafter the “Data”).

The processing of your Data for the purpose of responding to your inquiries is carried out based on your consent.

The processing of your Data for the purpose of communicating via email about our offers and news tailored to your profile is carried out based on your consent.

2.5. Retention Periods

We retain your Data for 3 years from the last contact we had with you (e.g., your request for information or the transmission of communications) if you are not a customer; or in accordance with the terms of the contract if you are a customer, and for a minimum of 3 years from the end of our business relationship.

At the end of the above retention periods, we will delete your Data. Before these periods expire, we may contact you to ask if you agree to a longer retention of your Data, in which case the periods indicated above will restart.

3. Recipients of the Data

As part of providing our services, we may transmit or give access to your Data to the following services and subcontractors:

  • The service responsible for communication and marketing at ISRP, for managing the Site;
  • Our subcontractor responsible for Site management and analyzing Site traffic;
  • Our subcontractor responsible for the technical and evolutionary maintenance of the Site;
  • Our subcontractor responsible for hosting the Site;
