General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) apply to registrations made by any purchaser (the “Client”) for the Summer University (the “Training”) presented on the website accessible at https://inscription-universite-ete.isrp.fr/ (the “Site”). Together with the training contract or agreement, they constitute the contract concluded between the Client and the Seller (the “Contract”).
The seller of the Training is ISRP (the “Seller”), whose registered office is located at 25, rue Ginoux 75015 Paris, and whose registration number is 11 750 146 575.
Clients are advised to carefully read these Terms before placing any order. By checking the box “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale” when placing the order, the Client agrees to the application of the Terms. The Seller reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without prior notice by publishing a new version on the Site. These modifications will not apply to orders placed before the modified Terms are published on the Site.
By accepting the Terms, the Client certifies that they are of legal age or are the legal representative of the beneficiary of the Training (the “Learner”) and have the capacity to enter into a contract with the Seller.
